Honeymoons and Weddings Away can help you plan your destination wedding to make it a “less-stressful” and unique experience for you. With over 20 years in the tour and travel industry and multitudes of product and on-site travel knowledge, we are experienced in destination weddings, honeymoons and vow renewals. We’ll help you sort out the complicated details, so you can focus on the fun aspects of getting married.
We are not a full-fledged wedding coordinator, who will help you pick colors, send out invitations, or choose menus, etc. But what we can do is this:
-Advise you in selecting a honeymoon or destination wedding by asking you specific questions to narrow your choices to what you want.
-Provide you with helpful tips, advice, suggested wedding week timelines, destination marriage requirements, and be there to answer questions.
-Help you select and then book the accommodations right for you, your friends and your family. We work with your guests so you don’t have to handle all the details or answer every question.
-Help you send out “Save the Date” e-mails to your friends and family.
-Provide advice on setting up your own wedding registry or site where friends and family can register for monetary gifts towards your honeymoon.
-Pre-schedule spa and other special experiences such as candlelight dinner and destination excursions.
-Keep you informed about important deposit deadlines, and mail documents and brochures to you, your friends and family.
-Be a sounding board between you and your wedding coordinator.
